English lesson. Grade: 1 "A", "B". Teacher: Mikhailova M.V. The theme of the lesson was: "Happy birthday". The aims of the lesson were: to learn new words, to teach students how to ask and answer the question “How are you?”. In the begging of the lesson we revised alphabet using song. Then we learn new words and question "How old are you?", students asked each other. After this we watched a cartoon. Students answered the questions after the cartoon. Then we completed task on the worksheets. At the end of the lesson, students drew a birthday cake. Conclusion: the students were active, the aims of the lesson were achieved.
